Do you require vaccinations before a stay?
Yes. For everyone's safety, all guests must be current on their core vaccinations (including Rabies, Distemper/DHPP, and Bordetella). Bring records to your first visit, or have your vet send them ahead.
Can I tour the ranch before booking?
Absolutely, we encourage a free meet & greet. Call (423) 892-6725 or request a tour below, and we'll show you the suites, play yards, and splash pad and get your dog comfortable before their first stay.
What are your hours, and when can I pick up?
We're open Mon–Fri 7am–6pm and Sat 7am–1pm. Sunday is pickup only, 4–5pm. Drop-offs and tours are by appointment, just call ahead.
What should I bring for a boarding stay?
Your dog's own food (we keep their routine consistent), any medications with instructions, and a familiar item like a blanket or toy. We handle the rest, feeding, exercise, fresh water, and supervised play.
How do you keep playgroups safe?
Playgroups are thoughtfully matched by personality, size, and comfort level, with active supervision throughout the day so every guest has a positive, well-managed experience.
Do you board cats too?
We do. Cats get their own comfortable, quieter accommodations away from the dog areas, call us to reserve a spot for your feline family member.
